GoldLinQ are a member of the Gold Coast community and are serious about the commitment to minimising the disruption and impact that a major infrastructure project can have on a community.
GoldLinQ has employed a number of Communication Officers, Place Managers and Community Relations Officers to be available to the community for any questions that might arise during the construction of Stage One of the light rail system.
Place Managers and Community Relations Officers are dedicated to each of the precincts; Health and Knowledge, Southport, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Their duty, amongst others, is to be the initial point of contact between business, community and the construction team.
The GoldLinQ Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team is currently out and about meeting with local businesses and residents to help keep the Gold Coast community informed of project activities and updates of Queensland's first light rail system.
The GoldLinQ Place Managers and Community Relations Officers can be contacted via the project hotline 1800 967 377* or by emailing [email protected].
